Wave45 was founded on 45th Street in NYC by Adrian Grant and Gladymir Leveille as they recognized a new wave of original Urban video content hitting the web (hence the name Wave45). They then sought out to create a platform that enabled viewers to watch these entertaining shows 24/7. After pooling their resources together Wave45.TV was launched March 2012.

Adrian Grant - Former NYU student leader and author, Adrian is a fanatic of web startups, gadgets and Hip Hop. As an entrepreneur, he’s launched several angel backed startups and delivered keynotes across the globe on topics ranging from entrepreneurship to technology. His experience in driving record traffic as a Product Manager at BET.com, coupled with his Bachelor’s Degree in Entertainment Media & Technology, makes him well equipped to drive Wave45.TV to the next level. Adrian currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and beloved tabby cat.

Gladymir Leveille - With a true entrepreneurial spirit and passion for media, Gladymir co-founded Crème Magazine; the leading online lifestyle publication that highlights the best mainstream and independent works in music, fashion, film, and arts & culture. A graduate from Long Island University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Advertising, Gladymir brings his marketing and branding expertise to Wave45 TV. Gladymir lives by his favorite phrase “Think Big” and prays everyday that his beloved New York Mets wins another championship sometime in the near future.

Patrice Drew - NYU alum with an unhealthy amount of pop culture knowledge and a keen interest in all things media. Patrice has a degree in Marketing and Spanish and is a Market Research Analyst by trade. This experience and her meticulous approach to big projects make her a valuable asset to Wave45.TV. Patrice counts her iTunes collection as one of her most prized possessions and enjoys writing, traveling, and cooking.
